Questions we hear most
Straight answers on tokenization, AI and how we work. For anything specific to your asset, write to info@compusyin.com.
What is real-world asset tokenization?
It is the process of representing ownership of a physical or financial asset, such as a building, a loan or a fund share, as a digital token on a blockchain. The token records who owns what and can enforce rules about who may hold or transfer it.
Why tokenize an asset?
Common reasons are faster settlement, lower administration cost, smaller investment minimums, a single source of truth for ownership, and easier distribution to qualified investors. Tokenization does not by itself create demand or liquidity, so we test those assumptions in the Discover stage.
Are tokenized assets securities?
Often, yes. In the United States many tokenized assets are securities and must be issued under a registration or an exemption. That is a legal question for your securities counsel. We design the technology so it enforces whatever your counsel decides.
Which blockchain should we use?
It depends on who your investors are, which custodians and wallets they use, how private the data must be and what it costs to operate. Options range from public networks and layer-2 rollups to permissioned EVM networks. We compare them against your requirements and recommend one.
How does AI help, and is it safe?
AI speeds up document review, data checks, valuation support and monitoring. We use it to prepare and flag, not to decide. Every model output shows its sources, and a named person approves anything that moves value.
Do you hold client funds or issue tokens?
No. COMPUSYIN is a technology consultancy. Issuance is done by you or your licensed partners, and assets are held by your chosen custodian. We design, build and support the systems.
Can we start small?
Yes. Many clients start with a feasibility study or a single-asset pilot, then scale the platform once the model is proven.
We already launched a token. Can you help?
Yes. We review existing contracts and platforms, prepare them for audit, add AI monitoring, or take over operations. Existing clients can reach support at service@compusyin.com.
